Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw after placing an order, without giving any reason, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of receipt by the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, of the Product (s) ordered. In accordance with article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for orders relating to the supply of Products which have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection.

In the event of withdrawal, I DEAL offers the Customer a refund of all payments received, excluding delivery costs.

I DEAL will proceed to the reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used by the Customer for the initial transaction without incurring any costs for the Customer. The refund will nevertheless be deferred until receipt of the Product (s) object (s) of the withdrawal.
