Where does our mate come from?
Mate belongs to the botanical variety "illex paraguariensis", from the holly family. Our maté drinks are made from yerba mate or green mate certified Organic Max Havelaar, originating in Brazil, land of the Guarani.
For this creation, we use a green mate * to which we add a pure juice squeezed ginger, tangy with a dash of lemon.
